These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, apps, and games provided by sudo studio, LLC ("sudo studio", "we", "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
License to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your own lawful, non-commercial use. Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple'sLicensed Application End User License Agreement except where we provide a custom EULA.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, text, and branding (such as the "sudo studio" name and logo), are owned by sudo studio, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Purchases
Paid apps and in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store (e.g., Apple). Pricing, billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled under that store's terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sudo studio, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
